Masters Filler - Transparent polyurethane pore filler for resin bound

Masters Filler is a high performance filler for stone carpets composed of pure, hydrophobic and aliphatic polyurethane elastomeric resin. Aliphatic means that it is insensitive to UV,  it does not yellow. It is used both indoors and outdoors.

It makes it possible to fill the gaps left empty between the marble aggregates in order to avoid the flow of liquids in the roughness and the insertion of dust. It closes the draining side of the stone carpet. This treatment is particularly recommended indoors to facilitate maintenance and cleaning. Once "closed" the stone carpet is simply maintained with a mop.

Caution: Do not confuse this product with a basic acrylic-based filler.

How to

This product is only for professional use*. It is mandatory to wear glasses, gloves, a mask and suitable protective clothing during its application.

The Masters Filler must imperatively be applied the day after the realization of the stone carpet so that it does not get dirty in the meantime. The surface to be treated must be clean and dry.

1. Apply a first coat using a flexible spatula at a rate of approximately 300g to 1kg/m² depending on the size of the aggregates.
2. Leave to dry for around 24 hours.
3. If necessary, apply a second coat with a roller to obtain an even smoother surface.
