Delivery delay
We want to remind you that we are manufacturer and all our products are in stock and available immediately.
Orders (after receipt of payment) placed on our website in the morning before 12:00pm are dispatched in the afternoon.
Therefore, our delivery delay corresponds to transport's time.
Depending on your geographical location in Europe, and of the total weight of your shipment, the delivery time can be 3 to 10 days.
Generally, the average time observed for delivery in Europe is 4 to 5 days.
Our deliveries are handled by partner carriers.
Generally, for EUROPE deliveries:
- Colissimo or Chronopost : For packages of less than 10kg
- K+N, DHL Freight or Ducros : Small pallets between 10 and 1000 kg
- Freight partner : Pallets of a weight greater than 1000 kg
International Shipping
We are able to deliver worldwide.
As appropriate, these beings can deliveries made by road, sea or air.

Shipping fees
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that the majority of our products are rather heavy goods. So, the shipping fees are a significant cost that you may seem high.
For your information, we would like to clarify that we are making no profit on shipping fees.
The shipping fees are calculated automatically in the cart of our online store. You can easily make a delivery cost simulation without doing an actual command.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and to your delivery location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
